It’s time to take control of your health once and for all.
You’re frustrated. You’re tired of slogging through the day and not feeling your best. Maybe you’ve even been told your labs are “normal” and your symptoms are “all in your head.”
Doctors keep prescribing more medications and you feel like your health is slipping further and further out of your control.
You want to believe there is another way. Possibly a more natural way – one that doesn’t involve surgeries or more medication. But with so much conflicting health information out there, it’s hard to know which way to turn or who to believe. It feels like everyone is trying to sell you the next magic natural remedy. Maybe you’ve been to multiple alternative medicine practitioners and were hoping for a different solution, but all that experience left you with was a cupboard full of supplements and no results.
This is where my functional medicine practice is different. There are no magic supplements, protein powders, or fad diets. It’s all about removing the things that are causing disruption and adding the things back in that the body needs. This is what gives you real lasting results. This is what helps you feel your best.
Something is causing your symptoms. They are not all in your head. Your body is trying to tell you that something is off. And there are lots of things in our modern lifestyle that can throw your body off. Whether that’s not getting enough sleep, too much stress, a food intolerance that you’re unaware of, a nutrient deficiency, or a gut flora imbalance to name a few – I am here to help you figure out what’s going on in YOUR body and finally get you feeling your best.

Working with me
I currently offer free 20-minute phone consultations to help you determine if this process is right for you. Risk-free, no pressure.
To sign up for this free appointment you will need to:
- Sign in to my Electronic Health Record to access the Patient Portal.
- Sign the three Initial Consult Consent Forms
- Schedule a free 20-minute phone consultation at a time of your choosing.
After your free appointment, if you decide to move forward you will:
- Fill out detailed questionnaires about your health history dating back from your birth through the present, as well as information about your current dietary and lifestyle habits. This will paint a full picture so I can see what might have the biggest influences on your health and what tweaks and tests will have the greatest impact going forward.
- Schedule a 60-minute Getting Started Appointment that will be done either in person or over video conference.
During this appointment, we will thoroughly discuss your top concerns and goals. Together we will come up with a personalized dietary and lifestyle treatment plan that is just right for you. I will give you a structured outline of my recommendations with actionable steps that you can start working on right away to take back your health and feel in control once again.
The total cost of the Getting Started Appointment is $395.
What Happens Next?
Some people may only want/need the dietary and lifestyle recommendations discussed in the Getting Started Appointment. This alone can make a HUGE difference in your health.
However, depending on the complexity of your case and how much “digging” you’re ready to do, some of the recommendations during your Getting Started Appointment may be blood, urine, saliva, or stool testing.
Throughout this process, we can order as many or as few tests as you wish. We can meet for appointments as often or as little as you need.
I am here to help no matter what your resources are or where you are at in this journey toward better health.
If you are ready to do more digging, you will choose one of two protocols to use as a guide:
Root Protocol
You're ready to dig a little deeper into your health issues and uncover the root of the problem.
You're tired of not feeling well and want some answers. You're ready to do some initial lab testing in addition to making some simple dietary and lifestyle modifications.
The Root Protocol starts off with the Getting Started Appointment above, but you will move forward and get the following tests:
- Blood panel to assess the function of the body systems and for nutrient imbalancs
- Cyrex Array 3X food intolerance testing to evaluate for an intolerance to wheat/gluten
- Cyrex Array 4 food intolerance testing to evaluate for other common food intolerances such as dairy, grains, eggs, soy, etc.
After your Getting Started Appointment, we will meet again approximately 8 weeks later for a 60-minute Case Review Appointment to discuss your lab results and expand on your treatment plan.Follow up appointments will be on an as needed basis after that.
Thrive Protocol
You're ready for the full functional medicine experience.
You have probably been to multiple doctors and/or specialists at this point and you just aren't getting the answers you are looking for.
You are ready to fix the underlying causes of your health issues once and for all.
The Thrive Protocol starts with the Getting Started Appointment above, but you will also move on to get some or all of the following tests:
- Blood panel to assess the function of the body systems and for nutrient imbalancs
- Cyrex Array 3X food intolerance testing to evaluate for an intolerance to wheat/gluten
- Cyrex Array 4 food intolerance testing to evaluate for other common food intolerances such as dairy, grains, eggs, soy, etc.
- Stool testing to evaluate for imbalances in gut flora.
- Breath test to screen for SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth).
- Urine Organic Acids to further test for gut imbalances, cellular energy production, vitamin B status, detox capacity, and oxidative stress.
After your Getting Started Appointment, we will meet again approximately 8 weeks later for a 75-minute Case Review Appointment to discuss your lab results and expand on your treatment plan.
Follow up appointments will be on an as needed basis after that.
